The Challenge
Aging data centers meant six-figure hardware renewals, week-long provisioning, and deployments that required maintenance windows. The company needed to move to the cloud without interrupting the customers running on the platform 24/7.
Our Solution
We codified the entire target environment in Terraform, containerised workloads onto Kubernetes, and executed a phased blue-green migration with live database replication and staged traffic shifting. CI/CD pipelines and full observability replaced manual runbooks.
