Technologies We Build With

We are deliberately not a one-framework shop. The right stack depends on what your team already knows, what you are integrating with, and how long the product has to live — so here is what we work with, grouped the way a stack is actually assembled.

How we choose a stack

The questions we work through before recommending anything.

  • What does your team already run?

A stack nobody in the building can maintain is a liability, however modern it is. The people who will own it after us come first.

  • What does it have to talk to?

Existing systems, payment providers and data warehouses narrow the field faster than any preference does.

  • How long does it have to live?

A six-week validation build and a ten-year platform are different problems, and they deserve different answers.

  • What is the hiring market?

If you cannot hire for it in a year, we will say so now rather than hand you something only we can maintain.

Questions we get asked

About how we work across the stack.

Still have questions?

Ask us directly
  • Do you only work in these technologies?

These are what we use regularly and will stand behind. If your project needs something outside the list, we will tell you honestly whether we are the right team rather than learning on your budget.

  • Can you take over an existing codebase?

Frequently. We start by getting the tests and the deployment process into a state where changes are safe, before touching features.

  • Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit, in your own repository. Handover never depends on a final payment.

Not sure which stack fits?

Tell us what you are building and we will put our recommendation in writing, including the trade-offs and anything we would avoid. There is no obligation to build it with us.
